Registration in this forum is free. However, we do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. Additionally, in order to register you must certify that you are an attorney currently licensed to practice in a jurisdiction of the United States or its territories (or that you have been granted permission to register on an exception basis by a site administrator). If you are a law student, CPA, actuary, or other non-attorney who wishes to register on the ERISABoard website please e-mail an administrator through the ERISABoard site to request permission to register (exceptions are discretionary). If you agree to the terms and are willing to certify that you are an attorney (or that you have been approved for registration by an administrator on an exception basis) please check the box below and click on the register button. Although the Administrators and Moderators of ERISABoard.com will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible to review all messages as they are posted. This is a not for profit site with no employees. The Administrator and Moderators are not compensated and are volunteers. All message contained in this forum express the views of the author only and do not express the views of ERISABoard, its Administrator, or Moderators.
