    Dear Mr. Hoskins,

I'm a recent law school graduate and law clerk who is just entering into the ERISA field (representing plaintiffs in wrongful denial of LTD/STD benefits). I just filed my first suit in federal court. While I've been able to find sample complaints online, I was wondering if you had any sample motions for summary judgment or other motions you could share. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rob, just received a decision on a significant discovery issue for our district which reverses the "predicate showing" requirement for discovery. I have always been a lurker, so I have no idea how to post something or if you post it. Anyways, let me know. The case is Back v Hartford ED MI No 09-14446

Help! I just posted Virginia v. Harris and have a typo in the headline. Could you correct it to say "help from an unexpected quarter?" Thanks.

I just posted something on Virginia v. Harris. There was an error. Did it arrive? I'm trying not to do it twice?

    Hi Rob:

I notice that the MPPAA withdrawal liability cases get good interest based on views. How about opening a forum? It's something I'm familiar with and would be happy to moderate.
